I have asked these creeps to remove me from their mailing lists (they have MANY) several times to no avail. So now I’m going to just repost them up here so you all can see what scumbags they are. They are part of that same gross company that charges you by the month to increase your IMDB rankings – they say it’s important for your career! If you are just starting out in Hollywood and you pay hundreds of dollars for a great starmeter number but have no credits, it’ll just look like BS. Because it is. Who you know and what agent you have are much more important. It’s the difference between getting a shiny new bicycle or driving a porsche.

Here’s another email that is circulating. Again, actors, IMDB ranking doesn’t get you work if you don’t have a plethora of legit credits and an agent.
Beware of this guy named Mike who emails the following to people. He is trying to get you to pay money to gin up your IMDB ranking. It’s a waste of money since agents get you auditions – IMDB ranking does not.
