Using a voice over to increase businessWe have all heard a voice over in a commercial on television or radio. They are also heard on film or theater as well. A voice over can be done from behind the curtains or on screen. There are actors who are specifically trained to sound their voice a certain way in order to produce a voice that will make the audience listen. There are different type of voice over; character voice over, creative voice over, educational voice over, and commercial voice over. In a character voice over you may hear a narrator voice over which tells about the story or action that is taking place at the time. when a voice over is used in character form, the person behind the voice gives the character a voice and personality to make them come to life and interact with other characters on screen. A creative voice over can be used at certain points of a movie, such as when a character reflects back on his or her past. Or when the voice over is going over something step by step like at a crime scene. The creative voice over can give the audience an idea of what is going on presently or what has taken place leading up to that current scene. The creative voice over is sometimes done in the character's voice and it seems as though you are hearing his or her thoughts without them actually talking about it. Educational or descriptive voice over is another type of voice over. If you have ever watched a game show where the announcer yells out the name of the next contestant this is a descriptive voice over. The educational voice over is used in film productions as well as documentaries. The voice over tells the information in a narrative voice so the person watching the film can learn more about the film. Several commercials use voice over to talk about a certain product while showing the product. The voice over is to show you the product so you can concentrate on what the product has to offer instead of what the person telling you about the product looks like. Voice over can also be used in businesses around the world to promote a product or a type of service. If you are a business owner and you are not so confident about the sound of your voice, a voice over can say the words for you and have a positive effect on what you are trying to promote. Whatever business you plan to start or if you want to improve on an existing business remember that the more you add to it the better it will be. If you use a voice over to increase the traffic to your site you can have the voice over tell the viewers about the latest in sales, the hours of business, your shipping information, your location, and more. The more information that you offer the more confidence you will build in your customers. |
