How to make your voice mail greeting work for you



When you cannot answer your phone you need to rely on a great voice mail box to take your messages so you can check them later when you are free and call your potential customers back. Your voice mail greeting should be something that lets your customers know where you are and when you will be back. It also gives them a chance to leave a message if they want you to call them back instead of continuously calling you to find out when you return.

There are several things that make a good voice mail greeting.

State the name of your business and your name too.
let your customers know where you are and when you plan to be back.

Keep your messages short and to the point. But speak in a pleasant voice.
