VOICE-OVER TALENT:

Voice over talent alone can be taught, but only to those who have acting talent. Much of voice over is technique; how to work the mic (microphone), pitch, volume, enunciation, and intellectual grasp of the script to be read. But the ability to infuse a performance with emotion, timing, truthful character all stem from the performer gene. Some think a good voice is a requirement, but that's only the case with announcers.
