VOICE OVER STUDIOS

Since 1985, D. C. Douglas has been performing voice over from a myriad of recording studios in Southern California, including the Los Angeles, Hollywood, San Diego and Orange County areas. The upside of working with a studio is that you have several technical pros available to you, as well as keen ears and a comfortable environment. But the main reason is to meet the voice over talent and direct in the room. The downside, of course, is the prohibitive cost.

That's why many people needing voice over but only have a limited budget opt for recording remotely. ISDN, Phone Patch or simple email suffice. Most My Voice Over Guy clients prefer a simple process - send the script with direction, wait for the file to be posted, then pay. Occasionally there may be rewrite or redos on the part of the talent, but it's rare.
